I went to open the app and now all my passwords are gone.

Everything is gone. All my passwords have disappeared

No way to import anything on a new device! My database is locked and there’s nothing to be done to unlock it. Absolute crap, not recommended!

Really like the app and have been using it for a few years now. Lately, it will unlock with password but will not display any of my secure information. Unfortunately, I’ve relied on this app and can potentially lose passwords I’ve had for some time. Can this be fixed? If I delete the app and re-add, I lose everything.

When try to type something in search, in the moment I click there, the search bar is dissapeared. Can you update the app to help in solving this bug. Thanks

Ever since IOS 13 on the Xs I haven’t been able to search passwords. Every time I hit the search bar it just disappears. Other than that it’s a great app with great customizable options.

Sending an export to email, but after iOS13, cannot find the export file to import.

Next doesn’t work.

Loved this app until I updated to ios13 and now I can’t access my records anymore. I can login but when I navigate to a folder then move back to the main screen the screen goes blank! The only solution is to restart the app.

One day everything was fine, and suddenly all my passwords are gone. Tried to restore from iCloud backup, but the app doesn’t show my backups. Now I have a useless app and lost all my passwords. My iPad app still have older passwords stored, but can’t sync with may iPhone. What a trash! Just wasted my money. No reply from mail sent to developer. Disappointed to say the least.

I used to love this app. But they don’t fix bugs and it’s no longer usable. It needs to be upgraded or taken off the store.

The app does not crash on my device which is great, but in order to create an item (login/password) user need to spend a lot of time. Lack of intuitive interface.

The app is not user friendly, I wasted my time and money trying to save my passwords after figured how to do it the app just crashed and all data is gone, the app password is gone too just like if I never used the app before 👎

I backed up data to my i cloud . I signed out an then in. All data have lost!!!! Im really sorry to trust you. All my passes have lost. And I don’t know really to do now I sent an email to support team no answer yet!!!!

Talk about a bait switch. This is none functional. If you believe like I did that you were going to get something free that was any good, wake up. I even paid for it.

delete the app from my iPhone but I have information in my icloud, delete that information from my icloud but it does not disappear it still occupies space in my icluod.

This is to everyone who thinks they’re going to get rich quick with a killer app but don’t know the first thing about writing an app. Why do these guys spend the time to write an app and fail to include even one word about how to use it? I’ve spent hours trying to create data templates and as soon as I save them they disappear. I go to his website and he’s got tabs for info but they’re all blank and he hasn’t touched the website since 2014 nor the app since 2016. What a waste, he comes up with what seems to be a nice app but doesn’t have a clue how to execute it so he abandons it. Run away fast!

It’s local and I like it’s on my phone and not on cloud. Pretty simple to use; however there is a glitch not sure others also experienced. When I type on the boxes, the keyboard hides what I type so I couldn’t see what I was typing. It won’t scroll up pass the keyboard. A few other glitches, not as intuitive. Glad it’s available tho. Thx

Software has not been updated in over a year. Soon all the data, passwords, account information will be lost or inaccessible as iOS updated. What a grand waste of time and energy. Abandonware.

I have no use for this I don't see the point. I have passwords with everything else that changes 30 seconds. I don't get the point of this app.

Does not allow data to be placed into account fields PERIOD! No support and or reply to request for app service. No updates since 2016 should've been a wake up call to app abandonment!

This app is realy very good app, dowload it

Works as expected but would love the ability to back up to other cloud services like Box, Dropbox. Also, would be good if there is 3D touch support and widget support.

I had another look app and didn't like the interface. The options in the paid version are worth it.

Not worth it even if free. Waste on time and effort. Never waste any money on this company. Crashed all the time.

I'm giving this a four star review because it's a great app for local storage of passwords. I'd happily update this with a fifth star if I could see that it was syncing with icloud. I see the option to sync, but nothing on my iCloud to verify that it's actually happened.

This is a great app. I like it.

Love this app and use it all the time. Even with browsers that remember passwords, this app has saved my butt on a few occasions.

WTH... No changes with the new update (4.3) on Jun-20-2016. Still cannot restore my files on iCloud. Easy use, easy backup, but after upgrading my phone, doesn't restore any thing, everyone has same problem, it was my fault that I didn't read reviews.

I upgraded from a 5 to a 6s and the app backup didn't restore. Had to repurchase the app and data backup still didn't restore. No way to contact support. VERY FRUSTRATING as I had quite a bit of info that I now have to re-enter. 😡

It allows the fingerprint but then it wants a password or so I assume because the text is in what I think is Russian. No way to contact support. Ugh! iOS 9.1 6s plus

I love this App. It's very reliable. I back up all my important stuff here

Everything the other reviewers wrote is true. I can't even figure out how to use it because there are no tutorials. Not user-friendly, not intuitive interface. I wish I could get my money back.

This looked so promising. Cute little icons and colors for low techs like me. Capabilities of exporting and importing for high techs. I can aspire to that level and try those features someday! But none of this is user friendly- except the icons and colors. What about the templates? How do you use those? And other reviewers say higher tech features don't work and crash. Terrible waste of time and money. Very upsetting. Beware of crappy apps. This is one. Oh! And click on app support! What a joke. It takes you to their equally useless website with zero useful information. Lots of cute icons and colors though.

There is nothing more infuriating than paying for an app and all it does is crash. shame on you guys...
